Terms of Service

Last updated May 4, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using AI Watermark Remover(“the site”, “the tool”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

The site provides browser-based tools for removing watermarks from images you supply. All processing happens locally on your device; we do not receive, store, or transmit your image content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

  • process content you do not have the right to modify, or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy);
  • remove watermarks in a way that breaches the terms of service of the AI generator or platform that produced the original image;
  • remove watermarks for the purpose of misrepresenting AI-generated content as something else where local law or platform rules require disclosure;
  • create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, CSAM, harassment, or any other illegal content;
  • attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or otherwise abuse the site or its hosting infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the tool complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs. The site code, branding, copy, and assets are owned by the site operator unless otherwise noted; the inpainting model used by the site is licensed under Apache-2.0 from its respective authors.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tool will be error-free, available at all times, or that the output will meet your expectations or be free of artifacts.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of profit, or any third-party claim relating to images you processed with the tool.

7. DMCA / abuse

Because we do not host or store user image content, most copyright concerns are properly addressed to the party publishing the content. If you believe the site itself or its outputs are being used to infringe your rights, contact us at support@aiwatermarkremover.dev.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
