Privacy Policy — AI Watermark Remover

1. Summary

AI Watermark Remover runs entirely in your browser. The images you process are never uploaded to our servers. We do not have user accounts, do not collect file contents, and do not share any image data with third parties.

2. Image processing

Detection, masking, inpainting, and re-encoding all happen inside your browser using the Canvas API and, on desktop, an inpainting model that loads locally via onnxruntime-web. Your image data stays in the browser sandbox the entire time. You can verify this in your browser's DevTools network panel — no request ever carries the bytes of your file.

3. What we do collect

We use Google Analytics 4 to count anonymous page views and a small number of product events (for example, whether a job succeeded or failed). These events do notinclude image content, file names, or any personally identifying information. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies and process your IP address as described in Google's privacy policy.

If you do not want to be counted, most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting, and ad-blockers will prevent the analytics script from loading. Either is fine — the tool works without it.

4. Third-party services

Cloudflare Pages hosts the static site and may log standard request metadata (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
jsDelivr serves the runtime files for the in-browser ML runtime.
Cloudflare R2 (custom domain s.aiwatermarkremover.dev) serves the inpainting model file on first use.
Google Analytics 4 as described above.

5. Cookies

The site uses theme-preference storage in localStorage and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
